1) Check me in!
If you have customers constantly visiting your business, perhaps ask them to 'Check In' when they are there. This will promote the fact they are at your business to all of their friends. A good example I saw recently was a Bar in Sydney that offered patrons $10% off their drinks if they showed the barman they had checked into the venue on their iphone.
2) Be exclusive!
Try running a Facebook exclusive offer. On example I saw recently was a Clothing Sale where to get the 30% discount you needed to 'Like' their Facebook Page and show this to the staff in-store who then gave you the exclusive discount.
3) Be Eventful!
Create events to help promote sales or new products you have being launched. Invite your friends to attend and use FaceBook to spread the word of your business. But just remember to always try present everything you do in a way that is intriguing and captivating. People hate feeling like they are being sold something.
